At the end of my order, I felt like I was tricked into buying a different brand of seed beads for 16.99. I tried calling Potomac. Nobody answered the phone so I had to leave a message. Since I didn't want those see Beads and I wasn't sure if they would pick up my message before they shipped. I also emailed Potomac.That's situation was handled fine. Just disappointed nobody answered the phone.Took almost 2 weeks for me to receive my order which was disappointing.One of the packets of Beads was short. I know not to call because no one answers the phone so I emailed and asked how they were going to fix the situation. I guess I have to sit back and wait for a reply.Deb Hample
