How does Tiered Creator Cash work?

We’ve updated our loyalty program to make your rewards grow with you. Creator Cash is now based on tiers, so the more you spend with us each year, the more you earn back — plus get extra perks along the way.

Here’s a breakdown of the tiers:

Silver Tier
Qualification: Spend $1–$499 in the previous 365 days

> 2% back in Creator Cash on every purchase
> 1 free pre-selected pattern each month

Gold Tier
Qualification: Spend $500–$1,499 in the previous 365 days

> 3% back in Creator Cash on every purchase
> 2 free pre-selected patterns each month

Platinum Tier
Qualification: Spend $1,500–$2,499 in the previous 365 days

> 4% back in Creator Cash on every purchase
> 3 free patterns of your choosing each month
> Early access to event tickets

Diamond Tier 
Qualification: Spend $2,500+ in the previous 365 days

> 5% back in Creator Cash on every purchase
> 5 free patterns of your choosing each month
> Early access to event tickets
> Early access to new product launches

Creator Cash 

Tier calculation: Your tier is based on your rolling 12-month spend. As you move up, you can see your rewards by logging into your customer account.

Currency & conversions: If you check out in a different currency and redeem points, they’ll be auto-converted at the current exchange rate.

Store-only value: Creator Cash has no monetary value outside of the PotomacBeads web store.

Earning Creator Cash

You earn Creator Cash on eligible purchases, which is almost all inventory except for subscriptions.
Buying gift certificates also earns Creator Cash.

You do not earn Creator Cash on:

  • The portion of an order paid with Creator Cash.
  • The portion of an order paid with gift certificates (when they’re redeemed).
  • Subscription sales and live event tickets (e.g., Bead Retreats, Monthly Subscription Boxes).

    • Example:
    Order total $100. You redeem $20 in Creator Cash and pay the remaining $80 with a credit card. You’ll earn based on $80, not $100. If you also apply a $30 gift certificate and pay $50 by card, you’ll earn based on $50.


    Redeeming Creator Cash

    Creator Cash redemption will automatically be applied to subscription order bills. If you have Creator Cash available, your subscription payment is reduced by that amount.

    Expiration

    Points earned from purchases expire 180 days from when they were earned if not used.
