Quick Project Steps

Gather Materials: 4mm pearls and optional crystals. 10ft Dragon Thread. Big eye needles (one for each thread end). Lobster clasp and jump ring. Optional all for precise knotting. Prepare the Thread: Thread a big eye needle onto each end of the Dragon Thread. Tie a starting knot and secure it to the lobster clasp. Thread the First Pearl: Pass each thread end through the pearl in opposite directions. Pull threads tight to secure the pearl against the starting knot. Create Overhand Knots: Wrap one thread around the other three times to form a secure knot. Alternate sides to maintain even thread lengths. Add Beads and Crystals: Thread additional pearls and optional crystals, knotting between each bead. For a diamond pattern, thread beads alternately on both sides and join with a single bead. Attach the Final Clasp: Secure the jump ring to the other end of the necklace. Tie a final knot and reinforce with glue or a thread burner for durability. Finishing Touches: Trim excess thread, ensuring all knots are tight and neat. Enjoy your elegant knotted pearl necklace!
