    In this PotomacBeads tutorial, Anna will show us how to use basic wire working and fringe techniques to make a glittering Dragonfly Pendant Necklace. The tassel adds a lot of fun to the piece.
    1.Cut 5 lengths of chain to the desired lengths for the tassel. Add beads to the bottom of the chains by using headpins. Put a couple beads of your choice onto the headpin and bend the pin with round nose pliers to form a small loop above the beads. Slide the end of the chain onto the pin and wrap the extra wire around the loop to close it.

    3.Embellish the sides of the chain with charms. Use charms that you already have or make your own to match by using a similar method that you used to make the tassels.
