Quick Project Steps
Gather Materials: 3mm crystals. 11/0 and 8/0 seed beads. Optional pearls for added detail. Dragon Thread. Wire guards and clasp (or prepare for a bangle-style finish).
Set Up the Thread: Attach a stop bead to your thread, leaving a 6-8 inch tail for later use.
Create the Base: String two seed beads, one crystal, and another two seed beads. Connect them into a circle to form the foundation of the tubular design.
Start the Spiral: Add a crystal, followed by two seed beads. Skip the previous crystal and thread through the next seed bead to stack the new beads on top.
Build the Tube: Repeat the process, alternating crystals and seed beads, to grow the tubular spiral. Ensure tight tension for even stacking and a smooth spiral effect.
Customize the Design: Incorporate pearls or alternate bead sizes for added texture and variety.
Finish with a Clasp: Attach a wire guard to one end and loop the thread securely. Use jump rings to attach the clasp for a polished finish.
Bangle Option: Instead of adding a clasp, sew the ends together to form a seamless bangle. Ensure the size is large enough to slide over your wrist comfortably.
Finalize the Bracelet: Align beads, adjust tension, and secure any loose threads.
