    Looking to add a little something extra to your summer wardrobe? Check out this tutorial from PotomacBeads for some tropical-looking Pele earrings. Perfect for beginners, this project uses very few materials and can be completed in no time.
    Add a stop bead to the thread. Add five lava beads, each separated by a seed bead. Thread back through the first seed bead and lava bead to form a loop. Thread through the entire loop one more time to stabilize it.
    Pick up nine seed beads and loop them around one of the lava beads. Thread back through four of the seed beads and give the thread a pull. Thread on five more sead beads and go through the next bead, go back through the same set of four again. Keep adding sets of five to line in between the lave beads.
