Quick Project Steps

In this PotomacBeads Tutorial, we'll be showing you how to make some lovely Barcelona Earrings. These earrings are super cute and easy to make, and they're also really lightweight so you can wear them all day (or night) without any discomfort. Plus, the crystals add just the right amount of sparkle.
1. Gather up the Potomac crystal bicones, Miyuki delicas and seed beads, laser cut discs, earwires and jump rings. Working on a BeadOnIt board will keep you organized as you bead your earrings.
2. Using a size 10 needle, put a stop bead on about two feet of thread, leaving a little bit of tail to be able to tie off at the end. Pick up four bicones, each separated by a seed bead. Thread back through the first bicone to form a little square. Pick up five delicas and bring the needle back down through the next bicone. Continue around the outside of the project.
3. Watch the Barcelona earrings tutorial to see how to complete the charms to hang on the disc using the jump rings. Add an earwire to the top and you're done!
These Barcelona earrings are so easy to make and add a lot of fun to your outfit! You can personalize them with your favorite colors, add more charms, or even a tassel for some extra flair. They would make a great gift for someone special in your life.
