Quick Project Steps

Gather your materials: round trio beads, 11/0 and 15/0 seed beads, statement beads (like 8mm Amazonite or Czech glass teardrops), ear wires, beading thread, needle, thread burner, and pliers.
Start by threading your needle with about four feet of beading thread and adding a stop bead.
Add the round trio bead by going through one of its outer holes, then add three 11/0 seed beads, skip the middle hole, and go through the third hole to frame one side of the trio.
Repeat on the other side to mirror the bead pattern.
Decorate the top and bottom of the trio with seed beads, adding a statement bead at the bottom for emphasis.
Create the frill effect around the trio bead using 15/0 seed beads, adding them in groups to create a petal-like appearance.
Finish the earring by securing the thread, trimming excess, and attaching the earring to the ear wire.
Repeat the process for the second earring.

I have a hard time visually watching some of the tutorials. The white background fades out the beads and I can't see the instructions. I am a visual person and I need to see what is going on. I really like patterns.
