    In this PotomacBeads tutorial, learn how to read a peyote pattern and all the tips and tricks that go along with it to create a bookmark with fun fringe.
    1.Put a stop bead on the end, leaving about 20 inches for a tail. Using a size 12 needle add 22 seed beads on the thread. Add another bead, skip over the bead at the end and sew through the next in line. Continue to add beads one at a time, skipping over the next bead in line.

    3.Sew the thread back into the project, changing directions every couple of stitches to lock it in place. Add a loop at the top using the beginning tail of the thread and seed beads. Use a thread burner to clean up any loose thread ends in the project.
