Rounded Ridges Bracelet Tutorial
The Designer’s suggested colors and materials for:
  • RounDuo beads in pastel light brown and other colors
  • CzechMates 2-hole triangle beads in turquoise and oxidized brown
  • Matubo 8/0 beads in crystal lila gold luster
  • Miyuki 8/0 seed beads in opaque turquoise green
  • Miyuki 15/0 seed beads in peridot lined crystal AB
  • Wildfire beading thread (0.006") in green
  • Size 10 beading needles
  • Cut button in jade picasso for the clasp
  • Tools: Slip and Snip scissors, thread burner, super new glue

    Preparation: Gather all materials and cut approximately 5 feet of beading thread, adding a needle to each end.
    Start with the Clasp: Thread the cut button and secure it with RounDuo and seed beads.
    Building the Pattern: Begin the main bracelet pattern by adding beads in the order instructed, paying attention to the technique of criss-crossing with two needles.
    Repeating the Pattern: Continue the pattern across the length of your bracelet, adding round duo beads and CzechMates triangles to create the unique ridged effect.
    Finishing the Bracelet: Conclude with making the loop for the button clasp, ensuring it fits snugly.
    Final Adjustments: Tighten all threads and secure the ends with knots or glue as needed.
