    Quick Project Steps

This gleaming Pearl Matrix Necklace is the perfect pendant necklace to dress up your look. Use this PotomacBeads tutorial to learn how to use some simple bead weaving techniques to create this reversible beaded necklace.
Put a size 10 needle on about 5 feet of size 6 Dragonthread. Pick up a 6mm pearl. Add a silver seed bead and thread back through the pearl, add another seed bead to the other side of the pearl and thread through again. Tie the thread ends together. Take the thread through the seed bead and add 7 more and go through the seed bead on the opposite side, repeat.
Watch the Pearl Matrix necklace tutorial to follow along with Allie as she creates the pendant with Peyote stitch.
Add the clasps at the end of the chain ends. If you’d like you can add more pearls to hang down from the bottom of the pendant. Bring the two thread ends together and burn down flush.
This vintage looking Pearl Matrix Necklace can be worn casually or more formally. Have fun experimenting with different colors to change the look.
