Preparation: Gather all materials. Cut approximately 4 feet of beading thread, threading a size 12 needle on each end.
Starting the Earring: Begin by adding 7 15/0 seed beads and an IrisDuo bead, crossing threads through it to start the bottom leaf structure.
Building the Leaf: Continue adding IrisDuo beads and seed beads (15/0 and 11/0), following the video's instructions to create the cascading leaf effect.
