Pick up four LeafDuos on a size 10 needle, each separated by an 11/0 seed bead. Tie into a knot. Sew through the next LeafDuo and add three more 11/0s in between each leaf. Step up to the top hole of the LeafDuo and add in three 15/0s to each side of the LeafDuos. Add three 15/0s, a wire guard and three more 15/0s. Sew them into the top LeafDuo.
