    Quick Project Steps

You’ll feel like royalty when you wear this elegant wire necklace. This PotomacBeads tutorial shows you yet another creative way to use wire to design a Majestic Wire Necklace.
1.Cut 10 inches of 18ga square wire and a 2 inch piece for the clasp. Holding both ends of wire, bend them towards each other into a loop in the middle. Cut about 12 inches of 24ga wire. Stick both ends of the wire through a Potomac crystal drop and pull gently through, when it has a small loop under the crystal, slide it onto the larger wire to fit it into the middle of that loop, wrap the wire ends around the thicker wire to hold the crystal in place.
2.Watch the Majestic Wire Necklace tutorial to follow along with Allie’s step-by-step directions to add seed beads and gemstones and make a chain.
3.When you are on the last link of the chain it’s time to add the clasp. Make a double loop that is a little bit larger than the chain links. Wrap the end around the base of the loop and around the last few beads and trim. Wrap the ends of the 2 inch piece of wire from the beginning around a tubular form in different directions to form an S hook.
Wire working is an easy way to add even more creativity to your beautiful beaded projects. The Majestic Wire Necklace is a great way to show off your favorite beads.
