    Quick Project Steps

    In this PotomacBeads tutorial, Anna will show us how to use basic wire working and fringe techniques to make a glittering Dragonfly Pendant Necklace. The tassel adds a lot of fun to the piece.
    1.Cut 5 lengths of chain to the desired lengths for the tassel. Add beads to the bottom of the chains by using headpins. Put a couple beads of your choice onto the headpin and bend the pin with round nose pliers to form a small loop above the beads. Slide the end of the chain onto the pin and wrap the extra wire around the loop to close it.
