Prepare Materials: Gather all necessary materials listed above. Ensure you have a clean workspace and all tools ready. Prepare Wooden Forms: Remove the protective coating from the wooden forms and acrylic stars using a needle. Attach Thread: Cut 2.5 to 3 feet of green dragon thread. Tie the thread securely to the top of the wooden form. Start Beading: Add 8 gold 11/0 seed beads to the thread. Add one blue 8/0 seed bead and a wire guard. Pass the thread through the wire guard and back through the blue bead. Add 8 more gold 11/0 seed beads. Create the Flag Design: Follow the pattern: red, white, red, white, etc., using 11/0 seed beads. Secure each row of beads by passing the thread through the form and back through the beads. Add Decorative Elements: Use E6000 adhesive to attach acrylic stars to the form. Optionally, paint sections of the wooden form with markers for additional decoration. Attach Ear Wires: Open the ear wires and attach them to the top of the wooden forms. Ensure the earrings hang correctly and securely. Finishing Touches: Trim and burn any excess thread. Add fringe or other decorative elements as desired.
