    Learn how to use some simple crimping and beading techniques to create a multi-strand necklace in this PotomacBeads tutorial. The Art Glass Floating Necklace is a great way to get creative and have fun with your favorite beads. 1. Cut 20-inch lengths of PotomacBeads stainless steel beading wire. Put a crimp bead onto one strand and pick up a bead of your choice and 2 more crimp beads. Continue the pattern until you have as many beads on your wire as you would like. 2. Watch the Art Glass Floating Necklace tutorial to learn some tips and tricks from Allie to get inspiration and ideas to create your very own beaded necklace. 3. When you have the desired amount of strands completed, it’s time to join them together. Use 1 crimp tube per 2 wire strands. Put on the crimp tube and thread the wires through a lobster clasp and back through the tube. Pinch the crimp tube, trim the ends.     I love everything about Potomac beads, except for the dragon fire white thread. I bought the time before it was a 250 spool and I bought 5 pound because the 6 pound I had was just humongous you've done some changing with your threads since the last time I bought some. I fell and broke my right arm and my rotator cuff and wasn't able to be for quite a while. I just pulled out the 5 pound white thread. I bought the time before and tried it. I don't even think I could bezel with it. The 6 pound does beautiful. I took one arm span of thread off the spool and I won't be using it. It's a shame because I truly love yours thread.
