    1.Pick up 4 seed beads and let them slide down to the bottom of a 4 foot piece of thread. Pick up another seed bead and skip over bead number 4 and thread through bead number 3. Pull the thread tight. Add another seed bead and sew through bead number 1. This begins the Peyote stitch.
