  • Miyuki Delica 11/0 - Silver Lined Brick Red, ~1 Gram
  • Miyuki Seed Beads 15/0 - Duracoat Galvanized Gold, ~1 Gram
  • Wire Guards - Gold Plated, ~2 Pieces
  • Earwires - Gold Plated, ~1 Pair

    Quick Project Steps

    PotomacBeads Tutorial is proud to present the Sparkler Earrings designed by Sheryl Steele. These beautiful earrings are perfect for showing your patriotism and are sure to get you noticed.
    Begin by threading on five disco balls each separated by a delica bead, tie into a loop and tie a knot.
    Thread through a disco ball and add seven delica beads and thread through the next delica bead in the circle. Continue sewing in four more groups of delicas. Thread through four of the delicas from the first group and add three delicas, a disco ball and three more delicas. Bring the needle back down through the next group of delicas, continue around the outer edge to form a star shape for your sparkly earrings.
    Add seed beads around each of the outer disco balls and then fill in the spaces with more seed beads to complete the edge. Put in a wire guard and earwire.
