Dragon Pendant Tutorial
The Designer's suggested colors and materials :
  • Zorro Beads (Crystal Capri Gold) – 16 total (8 for the center, 8 for the outer part)
  • 4mm Round Beads (Potomac Crystal Rounds in Magic Blue)
  • Seed Beads (Miyuki) in sizes 11/0 (Galvanized Gold) and 15/0 (Gunmetal)
  • 6mm Round Bead for the pendant's center
  • Wildfire Beading Thread (0.006 in Green)
  • Size 10 Beading Needle
  • Cut Button for clasp
  • Scissors or Thread Zapper

    Prepare your needle with wildfire thread and attach a stop bead. String the central Zorro beads, alternating with 11/0 seed beads. Form a circle by passing through all beads again and tie off to secure. Add the outer layer of Zorro beads, interspersed with 4mm rounds and 15/0 seed beads for detail. Create the necklace chain with groups of 11/0 seed beads separated by 4mm rounds, attaching it to the pendant. Finish by adding a clasp using a cut button and secure all threads.
