My inspiration for today's video comes from Jenni Jones and her New England Bead Society LIVE Design NIght! She is just a jewelry-making wizard! I saw her pendant and immediately thought to myself how would I make that - so here is my go at it. Jenni does such an awesome way of capturing the light within her pieces, I hope this inspires you in the same way. This lovely Belmont Pendant features a gorgeous Potomac Crystal Rivoli in the center, giving it a decorative effect. This pendant makes a perfect gift for a loved one!   • Potomac Crystal Rivoli 14mm - Blue Zircon, 1 Piece
  • Toho Seed Beads 11/0 - Metallic Cosmos, ~1 Gram
  • Silk Tassel 7cm - Denim Blue, 1 Piece
  • Potomac Crystal Rondelle 3x4mm - Sapphire Opal, 12 beads
  • Potomac Crystal Rondelle 2x3mm - Light Sapphire, 35 Bead

    Quick Project Steps

    Prepare the Beads: Start with a 14mm Rivoli and 11/0 seed beads. String approximately four feet of green Wildfire beading thread.
    Create the Base: Tie off a loop of 16 seed beads to form a circle. This serves as the base for your pendant.
    Add Petals: Sew through four beads, add rondelles and seed beads to form petals around the Rivoli's base.
    Insert the Rivoli: Use the netting technique to secure the Rivoli within the beaded base.
    Embellish the Sides: Apply the Right Angle Weave technique to add crystal rondelles and seed beads around the Rivoli.
    Attach the Tassel: Add a silk tassel at the bottom for an elegant finish.
    Complete the Pendant: Reinforce the beadwork and finish off the thread ends.
