    Gather all materials listed.
    Start with the Hubble stitch using the seed beads and follow the tutorial to create the base of the pendant.
    Add Miyuki Seed Beads 11/0 to enhance the design.
    Incorporate Czech Faceted Round Beads 4mm for added dimension.
    Continue adding seed beads around the exterior for a complete bezel.
    Secure the Potomac Crystal Rivoli within the bezel.
    Create a bail for the pendant to be worn as a necklace.
    Finish by tying off the thread ends securely.
