    Quick Project Steps

If you're looking for a pair of earrings that are truly out-of-this-world, look no further than the Orbit Earrings from PotomacBeads. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to make your own pair of these stylish earrings.
Use an arm span length of fabric thread and a size 12 needle. Start with 42 Miyuki 15/0s, slide them down towards the end of the thread and bring the needle back through three of the seed beads to create a circle. Do not knot it so it will be flexible to work with.
Watch Tereza in the Orbit earrings tutorial to see how to create the donut shaped bottom piece using a peyote stitch with the seed beads and superduos. You can complete the earring at this point or use the piece for a pendant.
Thread eight superduos alternating with eight 11/0s and tie into a loop to begin the top component. Add three 11/0s in between each superduo. Step up to add another layer of superduos. Add embellishments to the outer edge with the seed beads. Connect the two components and your orbital earring jewelry is complete.
If you're looking for a fun and unique way to show off your style, look no further than the Orbit Earrings from PotomacBeads. These two-piece earrings are out-of-this-world and are sure to turn heads wherever you go.
