    Quick Project Steps

Gather Materials: Collect 5mm and 6mm round beads, 11/0 and 15/0 seed beads, check drop leaves, dragon thread, and an infinite clasp. Start the Base: Thread your needle with dragon thread and pick up three 11/0 seed beads followed by a 5mm round bead. Continue with two more 11/0 seed beads and another 5mm round. Form Right-Angle Weave Units: Pass the needle back through the beads to create the first right-angle weave unit. Continue adding beads in this pattern, incorporating check leaves as you go. Add Larger Beads: Once the base pattern is established, switch to 6mm round beads and repeat the right-angle weave, adding 11/0 seed beads between each larger bead. Finish the Necklace: When the desired length is reached, start stringing seed beads along the sides for a collar effect. Attach the infinite clasp, reinforce the design, and trim any excess thread. Reinforce and Complete: Go back through the necklace to reinforce the thread path, ensuring the design is secure. Finish by burning down any remaining thread edges.
