Pass through the first two beads and add three more 11/0 seed beads. Repeat until you have a hexagonal base. Add Bicones: Thread a bicone bead and pass through the next three seed beads. Repeat around the entire hexagon. Embellish with Pearls: Between each bicone, add a 4mm pearl flanked by a 15/0, 11/0, and 15/0 seed bead. Shape the Earring: Add five 15/0 seed beads between the embellishments, and pull tight to create a pointed effect. Secure by passing through the beads again.
