We are swooning over here! Designer Bridgette has wowed us again! She uses a plethora of various-shaped beads, perfectly placed, to create these stunning Forest Earrings. EVA®Beads, IrisDuo® Beads, and Helios Par Puca® are the fit snuggly together and are surrounded by a beautiful blend of Potomac Crystal Bicones, Potomac Crystal Briolettes, and Miyuki Seed Beads 11/0 and 15/0 and a Flower Earring Post to finish. This is one you won't want to take off!

Forest Earrings Tutorial
The Designer's suggested colors and materials: EVA Bead - Copper, 6 Pieces IrisDuo - Pastel Bordeaux, 8 Pieces Helios - Aztec Gold, 6 Pieces O Beads - Vintage Copper, 12 Pieces PC Bicones 3mm - Met Green Iris, 12 Pieces PC Briolettes 5x8mm - Met Green Iris, 2 Pieces Miyuki 11/0 - Met Forest Green Iris, ~1gram Miyuki 15/0 - Met Forest Green Iris, ~1gram Flower Earring Post - Antique Gold, 2 Pieces

These Forest Earrings are a great way to experiment with a variety of different beads. Using a freeform stitch, designer Bridgette shows us how to create this lovely design.
Put a stop bead on the end of your thread and add an EVA and O bead and a Helios. Pick up 3 seed beads and come back down though the second hole of the Helios. Then pick up one more O bead and come down through the second hole of the EVA bead. That will form one of the points of the earring. Add an IrisDuo and then repeat the steps to form another point. Repeat with another IrisDuo and build a third point finishing up with and IrisDuo. Take off the stop bead and tie a knot with the tail end of the thread.

Attach a flower earring post to the top. Bring the thread down through the seed beads along the edge. Tie off the ends. You can add a dab of glue onto the loop to make sure it is nice and secure.

I love everything about Potomac beads, except for the dragon fire white thread. I bought the time before it was a 250 spool and I bought 5 pound because the 6 pound I had was just humongous you've done some changing with your threads since the last time I bought some. I fell and broke my right arm and my rotator cuff and wasn't able to be for quite a while. I just pulled out the 5 pound white thread. I bought the time before and tried it. I don't even think I could bezel with it. The 6 pound does beautiful. I took one arm span of thread off the spool and I won't be using it. It's a shame because I truly love yours thread.
