    Begin with the drops for the earrings' bottom. Create the flower using 11/0 and 15/0 seed beads, adding rondelles in a loop. Integrate 11/0 seed beads between rondelles for floral shape. Add 15/0 seed beads for the outer floral design. Insert a drop bead, followed by a rondelle and 15/0 seed beads for a picot trim. Decorate the middle with crystals and additional seed beads. Attach the wire guard for hanging and finish with ear wires.
