Mercury Earrings Tutorial

Simple and easy, the Mercury Earrings designed by Allie from PotomacBeads are a great starter project for a beginning jewelry makers or a quick Sunday afternoon project for an experienced beader! Quick Project Steps

If you're looking for a quick and easy earring project, look no further than this PotomacBeads Tutorial. Allie has designed these Mercury Earrings using only a few simple supplies. In no time at all, you'll have a pair of funky art deco earrings to show off!
Put a stop bead on your thread. Pick up an AVA bead from the outside, add an EVA bead in so the point is also at the top. Add a tubelet and bring the thread back up the second holes of the EVA and AVA beads. Add a tubelet on the exterior sides of the AVA bead. Bring the thread back through the base tubelet.
Repeat the same steps as above but in the opposite direction to make the mirrored side of the Mercury earring design.
Use tubelets and seed beads to line the exterior edge. Put a wireguard on the top for the earwire.
