    1.a size 12 needle, put a stop bead onto about 6 feet of beading thread. Start the Herringbone stitch by adding a lentil, a bicone and another lentil. Let them drop down to the stop bead. Add 3 11/0s and bring the needle through the second hole of the lentil. Repeat the pattern.
