    Learn how to easily create a stylish leather cuff with this PotomacBeads tutorial. The Chrysanthemum Cuff features a beautiful flower with a Potomac crystal rivoli that sparkles and shines and brings a pop of color to your day.
    1.Put 10 etched sunset 2-hole daggers onto the thread with an 11/0 in between each one. Bring the needle back through all of the beads. Pull the thread tight to begin the flower formation.
