    Quick Project Steps

    Gather up some bicones and seed beads and you’re ready to make this pretty little ring. Learn how to use right angle weave and ladder stitch in this PotomacBeads tutorial to create the Crystal Bicone Ring.
    1. Put a stop bead on .005 thread, leaving a small tail. Pick up 8 15/0 seed beads. Sew through the first 6 beads, pull into a loop. Pick up 6 more seed beads and come down the last 2 beads of the previous section. This is the second RAW unit.
    2. Watch the Crystal Bicone Ring tutorial to follow along with Allie’s step-by-step instructions to create the crystal ring.
    3. Zigzag through the beads to reinforce and bring the two thread ends together. Tie off with a square knot. Sew through the design to separate the threads and burn down the ends with a thread burner.
    The Crystal Bicone Ring is an easy project to create. You could use birthstone beads to make a Mother’s ring as a special gift (or for yourself).
