Create a tassel by cutting the Italian chain into various lengths and attaching them to the lower eye pin.
Attach longer chain pieces to the upper eye pin to form the necklace base.
String Czech glass beads and glass pearls onto beading wire, connecting sections with crimp beads.
Finish the necklace by adding beaded head pins to the tassel for decorative fringe.
