Inspired by the beautiful fall colors we enjoyed here, I've made a pair of Fall Florals Earrings to celebrate the season. Inspired by the silhouette and simple shape of poppies, these earrings use SuperDuo Beads to create a set that is unique and striking, but easy to make! Technique Learned: Peyote Stitch
These Fall Florals Earrings invoke the essence of fall. Using a Peyote stitch and SuperDuo beads, you can create this exclusive set that celebrates the spirit of the season.
Starting with a stop bead on about 4 feet of thread, add the crystal disco ball and let it drop down to the stop bead. Next add on 5 SuperDuos with a seed bead in between each. Bring the thread back through the crystal and then add another 5 SuperDuos and seed beads. This will create a ring of beads around the crystal.
Step up by bringing the thread through the top hole of the SuperDuo and begin a second row of beads around the outside edge. Watch the Fall Florals earrings tutorial and Allie will guide you step-by-step through the project.
Remove the stop bead. Make sure you tie your knot big enough that it will not slip back through the beads.
