    Quick Project Steps

Gather Materials : Use 0.5mm knotting cord, seed beads, a Kumihimo disc, and bobbins. Cut & Prepare Cords: Cut eight 5-foot-long strands and attach a stop bead to prevent slipping. Thread the Beads: Load 15-20 beads per strand before placing them into the Kumihimo disc. Set Up the Kumihimo Disc: Arrange the cords evenly in the disc slots, ensuring tension is balanced. Start Braiding: Move the top right cord down and the bottom left cord up, repeating in a clockwise pattern. Add Beads into the Braid: Slide a bead into place before crossing each strand to create the beaded effect. Maintain Tension: Keep the braid tight and even by adjusting the cords as needed. Finish the Braid: Once the desired length is reached, tie off the ends securely. Attach the Clasp: Use glue or crimps to secure the ends and attach a clasp for closure. Customize & Wear!: Experiment with different colors, bead sizes, or cord materials for unique designs.
