Add MobyDuo beads, separated by a 15/0 seed bead, off each RoundDuo bead.
Incorporate Halo beads and SuperDuos between sets of MobyDuos, adding 11/0 seed beads where necessary.

Create a second component with Halo beads and MobyDuos, lined with crystals, for the top part of the earring.
