    This PotomacBeads tutorial will show you how to make brick stitch diamonds. This technique is used to make these adorable little diamond shaped earrings.
    Using a size 12 needle, put a stop bead on about three feet of thread. Create a ladder stitch by adding two beads, bring the needle back around and through the first bead. Sew back through the second bead and add a third bead and back down the second bead. Then up through the third bead picking up a fourth bead and back down the third. Continue until you have six beads. This will be the center of the diamond.

    Add a wire guard to the top of the project. Weave the thread down to the starter thread tie them off and burn the ends. Add the earwire and you're done.
