    Quick Project Steps

These classy stud earrings feature a cabochon gemstone in a bezel made out of faceted rounds. You'll love the sophisticated look you get from these Viola Earrings.
Glue the cabochon into the earring stud bezel to begin and set aside to dry. String on ten rounds, each separated by a 15/0 and tie a knot to create a circle. Trim off the tail end of the thread. Go through the closest round bead and pick up six 15/0s. Loop around and go back through the same round to outline it with the seed beads. Next thread through the next round and add five seed beads to the outside. Alternate between five and six seed beads to line each round in the circle.
Watch the Viola earrings tutorial with Bridgette to see how to use the seed beads to continue decorating around the ring and prepare the bezel for the cabochon gemstone.
Add the gemstone to the middle of the ring and pull the seed bead loops tight. Sew through the loop a couple times to keep the earring post in place.
This elegant earring design is made using the right angle weave technique, and is perfect for any occasion. The great thing about these Viola earrings is that they can be made in any color combination to match any outfit. They would also make a lovely and thoughtful gift for someone special. So why not give it a try?
