Spring Bloom Bracelet Tutorial
The Designer’s suggested colors and materials:
  • 11/0 Miyuki seed beads (green metallic iris for the base, various colors for examples)
  • Gecko beads (crystal maria full matted color, and others for decoration)
  • 3mm Swarovski crystals (rose color) or similar sized rondelles
  • 15/0 Miyuki seed beads (duracoat galvanized champagne)
  • Potomac Crystal rondelles 2x3mm
  • 4mm round beads (olivine AB color)
  • Rizo beads (peridot matte color)
  • Wildfire beading thread (0.006, green color)
  • Size 10 beading needle
  • Thread burner or scissors
  • Pliers (for threading needle)

    Quick Project Steps

    Prepare Materials: Gather all beads, thread, and tools as listed.
    Base Construction: Start the peyote stitch base using 11/0 seed beads to the desired length of your wrist.
    Embellishment with Gecko Beads: Create gecko bead flowers by threading gecko beads into circular patterns and securing them onto the peyote base.
    Adding Crystals and Rizo Beads: Embellish between gecko bead flowers with 3mm crystals and rizo beads for extra sparkle and texture.
    Clasp Attachment: Complete the bracelet by adding a clasp using additional seed beads and a button.
    Final Adjustments: Make any final adjustments for fit and finish any loose threads.
