    Quick Project Steps

Gather Materials: Collect RounDuo beads, Czech faceted round beads, Miyuki seed beads (8/0 and 15/0), wire guards, earwires, size 10 needle, and Dragon thread (size 8). Create the Base Star: Thread five RounDuo beads onto the Dragon thread and tie a knot to form a circle. Step up through the second hole of each RounDuo bead. Add two 8/0 seed beads between each RounDuo bead. Add Round Beads and Seed Beads: Insert a 4mm Czech round bead between each pair of 8/0 seed beads. Add five 15/0 seed beads around the exterior of the star shape. Form the Center and Tighten: Step up through the third bead in each group of 15/0 seed beads, adding an 8/0 seed bead between groups to pull the design tight. Reinforce the center by going through the beads again. Add the Earwires: Attach the wire guard at the top of the star and reinforce the attachment by threading through the beads multiple times. Connect the earwire to the wire guard. Finishing: Burn off any excess thread, and the Cinco Star Earrings are complete!
