Disc Dial Necklace Tutorial

This video tutorial from PotomacBeads teaches you how to make Allie Buchman & Rene Wilson's "Disc Dial" necklace. This project uses DiscDuo beads at the center of each component, surrounded by seed beads. The center component or pendant also features a 14mm rivoli. You can use each of these components to create earrings, bracelets, and pendants as well.

The Designer’s suggested colors and materials:
  • DiscDuo beads (14 for the necklace, additional for chain extension)
  • MiniDuo beads in two colors: Roman Rose and Champagne Luster
  • Miyuki 11/0 Seed Beads in Galvanized Apricot and Metallic Bronze
  • 14mm Rivoli Crystal
  • Cup Button for clasp
  • Wildfire beading thread (0.006") and a size 10 beading needle
  • Optional: Super New Glue for securing thread ends
