Put a stop bead on the thread along with a size 10 needle. Pick up two cylinders and bring the needle back through the first cylinder towards the second one. Bring the needle back through the second bead, that will begin the ladder stitch. Add one cylinder at a time until you have eight in a row. Add a seed bead, two cylinders and another seed bead.
