    Begin with threading a needle with DragonThread, adding a stop bead. Start the peyote stitch using Delica beads, establishing the foundation. Graduate the bead sizes from 15/0 Delica to 11/0, then 8/0 Miyuki seed beads, adding variety in size and color. Introduce fringe using a combination of seed beads and Potomac Crystal Bicone Beads, creating a fan effect. Attach wire guard protectors and knotting cord for the necklace portion.
