    Prepare Materials: Gather all beads, chain pieces, and wire as listed.
    Create Tassel: Attach two 3mm bicones to each head pin, make loops, and attach pre-cut chain pieces of varying lengths to create a waterfall effect.
    Assemble Tassel with Sunflowers: Use 24g wire to attach chain pieces to one Potomac Crystal Sunflower, then connect another sunflower to make them back-to-back, adding dimension.
    Necklace Chain: Attach the remaining chain to the tassel, adding crystals at intervals for embellishment.
