    Start with Right Angle Weave: Begin by threading RounDuo® Mini Beads and Miyuki Seed Beads 15/0, forming a cross-shaped segment. Create five segments to wrap around the tassel.
    Transition to Peyote Stitch: Switch to peyote stitch, adding 3mm bicones through the top holes of RounDuo® Mini Beads.
    Add Netting: Implement netting above the peyote row, using a combination of 15/0 and 11/0 seed beads.
    Create Fringes: Add fringes below the cap using bicones and seed beads, providing an elegant dangling effect.
    Attach the Tassel: Secure the tassel inside the cap, ensuring it is firmly in place.
    Finalize with a Loop: Complete the cap with a loop at the top for attaching it to jewelry components.

    The website is easily navigable and I like the option to omit out-of-stock items from turning up in searches. My orders are always processed promptly and well packaged for shipping. On the rare occasions that I receive an incorrect item I have always been fully satisfied by its resolution. Potomac has long been one of my favorite vendors and they often have things I can't get anywhere else. One thing I wish they would do is put the manufacturer item code (like TR-08-999 or DP-401FR) on the label, since sometimes name of a finish will get changed; it would make it easier to find the same color again since the color code stays the same.
