PotomacBeads teaches you how to make Susan McAndrew's AvaTama bracelet design featuring the long magatama beads and crystal rounds for some bling. You'll love showing off this fantastic piece of jewelry.
    1. Put two needles on five feet of beading thread. Add four seed beads onto one of the needles. Pick up the crystal through the front cupped side. Bring the second needle up through the hole diagonal of the first. Add three seed beads to each needle. Put on a RounDuo bead, one needle through each hole. Pick up another three seed beads to each needle. Thread through an AVA beads point hole with both needles going opposite directions.
    2. Watch the AvaTama bracelet tutorial to see how to add the Magatama beads to the side of the AVA bead. Continue with the pattern until you have the desired length of bracelet.
    3. Make a loop out of seed beads for the button. Reinforce the loop by going through the loop with the second needle. Add the Potomac crystal rounds along the sides in the AVA sections. Thread back through the button. Tie off the threads and burn down the ends.
The AvaTama bracelet from PotomacBeads is a fun and easy way to add a touch of class to your everyday look.
This bracelet is perfect for dressing up or down, and makes a great gift for the jewelry lover in your life. With its simple yet elegant design, the AvaTama bracelet is sure to become a favorite in your collection.
