Designer's Material List

The Designer’s suggested colors and materials:
  • Silver-plated or copper wire (20 gauge recommended)
  • Gemstones (magnesite turquoise ovals used in the video)
  • Wire cutters
  • Bent needle-nose pliers
  • Nylon jaw pliers
  • Bead mat
  • Bracelet mandrel or a wine bottle for shaping
  • Quick Project Steps

Prepare Your Materials: Cut six feet of 20 gauge wire. Choose your gemstones.
Initial Wrapping: Wrap the wire around a bracelet mandrel or wine bottle base four times to create the bracelet's framework.
Adding Gemstones: Slide the first gemstone onto the wire, adjusting for placement and securing it by wrapping the wire around the bracelet framework.
Continue Adding Stones: Repeat the process for additional stones, ensuring even spacing and secure attachment by wrapping the wire around the framework.
Finishing Touches: Once all stones are added, wrap the remaining wire around the bracelet's ends to secure and trim any excess wire.
Adjustments: Use pliers to tweak and adjust the wire, ensuring a comfortable fit and that all stones are securely in place
