Materials Used To make The  Project

Designer's Material List

The Designer’s suggested colors and materials:
  • Chinese knotting cord (0.8mm)
  • Super glue
  • Thread burner (or matches)
  • Beads (6mm, 10mm, 12mm, seed bead cubes)
  • Mini macrame board
  • Quick Project Steps

Cut two 5-foot lengths and one 20-inch length of Chinese knotting cord.
Apply super glue to the ends of the cords to prevent fraying and create a needle-like end.
Tie a knot about 3-4 inches down from the fold of one 5-foot cord, incorporating the 20-inch piece.
Begin macrame by knotting the cords on a mini macrame board, adding the remaining cords as described in the video.
Pre-load your selected beads onto the center strands and sides as instructed.
Continue macrame, alternating knots and adding beads as shown, maintaining the cord order.
Finish the bracelet by securing the ends, cutting excess cord, and applying final knots for adjustment.
