Materials Used To make The  Project

Designer's Material List

The Designer’s suggested colors and materials:
  • Rattail Satin Cording (two different colors, each cut to about three feet)
  • Boredom Bustin's Beads Kid's Kit (optional for additional decorative elements)
  • Tape or pin (for securing the bracelet while working)
  • Scissors (for cutting the cording)
  • Quick Project Steps

Cut two pieces of Rattail Satin Cording in different colors to about three feet each.
Tie an overhand knot about 12 inches from the ends, creating a loop for the bracelet.
Arrange the cords with the longer pieces on the outside and the shorter pieces in the middle.
Use the right-hand cord to create a 'Snoopy's ear' shape, then cross the left-hand cord over and thread it through, pulling tight to start the spiral pattern.
Continue the pattern, always starting the 'Snoopy's ear' shape on the right side, to maintain the spiral effect.
Once the bracelet reaches the desired length, finish with a knot, leaving enough room to fit through the loop created at the start.
