    In this PotomacBeads tutorial you’ll learn how to make a beautiful Black Tulip bracelet. This black and white bracelet is perfect for any occasion - dress it up or wear it casual. It's a medium difficulty bracelet, so it's perfect for those who are still to learning how to make bracelets.
    1. Thread two size 10 needles onto one and a half arms span of .006 Wildfire thread. Pick up eight 11/0 seed beads. Criss-cross through one 8/0 and slide them all down to the middle. On each needle pick up an 8/0, 11/0 and another 8/0.
