The delicate Polaris Bracelet features a Potomac crystal cushion that sparkles with your every move. In this PotomacBeads tutorial, learn how to bezel a crystal and use a right angle weave to create a bracelet that add elegance to any outfit.
1.Using a size 12 needle on about 5 feet of .006 Wildfire thread, pick up a 15/0, a gemstone, another 15/0 and a tubelet. Repeat the pattern 3 more times. Tie the thread into a loop. Bring the needle through the first set of the pattern and out through the tubelet.
2.Watch the Polaris Bracelet tutorial to follow along with Allie’s step-by-step directions to create the netting, bezel and design of the beaded bracelet.
3.When you are finished up the sides of the bracelet, bring the thread ends together towards the back of the project. Tie the ends into a knot and then bring the needle into the netted design to hide the knot. Burn the extra threads down.
Use the components in the Polaris Bracelet to create a dazzling pair of matching earrings, or lengthen the sides to design a stunning choker. Get creative with your newfound skill and have fun beading!
